Downtown Vision Plan
The Downtown Vision Plan, drafted in February 2016, by the California Chapter of the Congress for the New Urbanism provides a comprehensive road map for the realization of a vibrant urban village. The report is the result of a 3-day intensive community charrette involving local property owners, merchants, and residents.
Approved by the City Council in September 2019, the Downtown Code represents the first major update of the Development Standards, Design Guidelines and Parking Regulations in decades. The Code is an integral strategy in making new development projects possible.

Oxnard Corridor Community Transportation Improvement Plan (OCCTIP)
The City of Oxnard is the recipient of a $250,000 Caltrans transportation planning grant to be used for the development of the Oxnard Corridor Community Transportation Improvement Plan (OCCTIP)
